R\u00e9server.<br \/>\nDans un bol, battre les jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient \u00e9pais et p\u00e2les.<br \/>\nAjouter graduellement le sucre, en battant bien apr\u00e8s chaque addition.<br \/>\nIncorporer le jus, le zeste de citron et l&rsquo;eau.<br \/>\nAjouter la farine et m\u00e9langer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 consistance homog\u00e8ne.<br \/>\nDans un autre bol, monter les blancs d&rsquo;\u0153ufs en neige ferme.<br \/>\nIncorporer \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente en pliant d\u00e9licatement \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une spatule.<br \/>\nVerser la p\u00e2te dans un moule de 20 cm (8 po.).<br \/>\nCuire le g\u00e2teau de 25 \u00e0 30 minutes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il reprenne sa forme suite \u00e0 une l\u00e9g\u00e8re pression du doigt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note du chef:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce g\u00e2teau peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour faire des petits mokas.<br \/>\nVoir glace au beurre.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Source: Qu&rsquo;est-ce qu&rsquo;on mange.
