Dans un bol, tamiser le cacao, la farine, le bicarbonate de sodium et le sel. R\u00e9server. Dans un autre bol, \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un batteur \u00e9lectrique, battre le beurre et le sucre pendant environ 5 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit p\u00e2le et l\u00e9ger. Incorporer les oeufs, un \u00e0 un, en battant bien apr\u00e8s chaque addition. Ajouter la vanille et m\u00e9langer. Incorporer les ingr\u00e9dients secs r\u00e9serv\u00e9s en trois fois en alternant avec le lait (commencer et terminer par les ingr\u00e9dients secs).<\/p>\n<p> 2. R\u00e9partir la p\u00e2te \u00e0 g\u00e2teau dans 18 moules \u00e0 muffins tapiss\u00e9s de moules en papier de grandeur moyenne (les remplir aux trois quarts). Cuire au four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 350\u00b0F (180\u00b0C) de 20 \u00e0 22 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;un cure-dents ins\u00e9r\u00e9 au centre des g\u00e2teaux en ressorte propre. D\u00e9poser les moules sur une grille et laisser refroidir pendant 10 minutes. D\u00e9mouler et laisser refroidir compl\u00e8tement. (Vous pouvez pr\u00e9parer les petits g\u00e2teaux jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 cette \u00e9tape et les mettre dans un contenant herm\u00e9tique.
