{"id":256,"date":"2014-01-19T16:05:24","date_gmt":"2014-01-19T21:05:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rachel.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=256"},"modified":"2014-07-13T15:55:16","modified_gmt":"2014-07-13T19:55:16","slug":"gateau-pouding-aux-pommes-sauce-au-caramel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rachel.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=256","title":{"rendered":"G\u00e2teau-pouding aux pommes, sauce au caramel."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Portions: 12<br \/>\nPr\u00e9paration: 20 min.<br \/>\nCuisson: 50 \u00e0 60 min.<br \/>\nNote: Pour une recette de 6 portions, cuisson: 40 min.<br \/>\nSource: Coup de pouce<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 t. farine 500ml.<br \/>\n2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 bicarbonate de sodium 10 ml.<br \/>\n1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 cannelle 5 ml.<br \/>\n\u00bd c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 sel 2 ml.<br \/>\n2 t. cassonade tass\u00e9e 500 ml.<br \/>\n<del datetime=\"2014-01-19T20:46:26+00:00\">1 t. sucre 250 ml.<\/del><br \/>\n\u00bc t. beurre ramolli 60 ml.<br \/>\n2 oeufs<br \/>\n8 pommes non pel\u00e9es, hach\u00e9es grossi\u00e8rement<br \/>\n1 t. noix de Grenoble ou pacanes hach\u00e9es 250 ml. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Sauce au caramel: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00bd t. cassonade tass\u00e9e 125 ml.<br \/>\n\u00bd t. sucre 125 ml.<br \/>\n\u00bd beurre non sal\u00e9 125 ml.<br \/>\n\u00bd t. cr\u00e8me 35 % ou lait 125 ml.<br \/>\n1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 sirop de mais 5 ml.<br \/>\n\u00bd c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 vanille 2 ml<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration du g\u00e2teau-pouding:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans un petit bol, m\u00e9langer la farine, le bicarbonate de sodium, la cannelle et le sel.<br \/>\nDans un grand bol, \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un batteur \u00e9lectrique, m\u00e9langer la cassonade, le sucre,<br \/>\nle beurre et les oeufs pendant 2 min. ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la pr\u00e9paration soit lisse.<br \/>\n\u00c0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re de bois, incorporer les ingr\u00e9dients secs, les pommes et<br \/>\nles noix de Grenoble et m\u00e9langer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la pr\u00e9paration soit homog\u00e8ne. <\/p>\n<p>Verser la p\u00e2te dans un moule de 13 po. x 9 po. (33cm x 23 cm), beurr\u00e9.<br \/>\nCuire au four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 350\u00b0 F. (180 C) de 50 \u00e0 60 min. ou<br \/>\njusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le g\u00e2teau soit dor\u00e9 et ferme au centre sous une l\u00e9g\u00e8re pression du doigt.<br \/>\nD\u00e9poser le moule sur une grille et laisser refroidir. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration de la sauce<\/strong>: <\/p>\n<p>Dans une petite casserole, m\u00e9langer la cassonade, le sucre, le beurre, la cr\u00e8me et le sirop de mais.<br \/>\nPorter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition \u00e0 feu vif et laisser bouillir pendant 30 sec. Retirer du feu.<br \/>\n\u00c0 l&rsquo;aide du batteur \u00e9lectrique, battre la pr\u00e9paration de 3 \u00e0 4 min.<br \/>\nAjouter la vanille et m\u00e9langer.<br \/>\nAu moment de servir, couper le g\u00e2teau en carr\u00e9s et arroser de la sauce au caramel chaude.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Portions: 12 Pr\u00e9paration: 20 min.
