D\u00e9poser-le dans un plat allant au four. <\/p>\n<p>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer les autres ingr\u00e9dients puis badigeonner le filet avec la moiti\u00e9 de la sauce.  Couvrir d&rsquo;un papier d&rsquo;aluminium et cuire au four 350\u00b0 F (175\u00b0C) pendant 1 heure.<\/p>\n<p>Au moment de servir, couper le filet de porc en tranches.
