{"id":379,"date":"2014-02-03T16:08:22","date_gmt":"2014-02-03T21:08:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rachel.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=379"},"modified":"2014-02-03T16:18:25","modified_gmt":"2014-02-03T21:18:25","slug":"recette-gateau-moelleux-aux-framboises","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rachel.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=379","title":{"rendered":"G\u00e2teau moelleux aux framboises"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Temps de pr\u00e9paration :30 min<br \/>\nTemps de cuisson :35 min<br \/>\nTemps de mac\u00e9ration :10 minutes de repos<br \/>\nTemps total :1h 5 min<br \/>\nPortion(s) :10<br \/>\nSource :Barbecue et cuisine d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 de Coup de pouce<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 1\/4 t (310 ml) farine<br \/>\n1 1\/4 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (6 ml) poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te<br \/>\n1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (5 ml) zeste de citron ou d&rsquo;orange hach\u00e9 finement<br \/>\n1\/4 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (1 ml) bicarbonate de sodium<br \/>\n1\/4 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (1 ml) sel<br \/>\n1 t (250 ml) sucre<br \/>\n3 c. \u00e0 table (45 ml) beurre ramolli<br \/>\n1 oeuf<br \/>\n1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (5 ml) vanille<br \/>\n1\/2 t (125 ml) babeurre<br \/>\n2 oz (60 g) fromage \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me ramolli<br \/>\n1 blanc d&rsquo;oeuf<br \/>\n1 t (250 ml) framboises fra\u00eeches (environ)<br \/>\nSucre glace tamis\u00e9<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer la farine, la poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te, le zeste de citron, le bicarbonate de sodium et le sel.<br \/>\nDans un autre bol, \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un batteur \u00e9lectrique, battre 1\/4 t (60 ml) du sucre et le beurre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange ait gonfl\u00e9.<br \/>\nAjouter l&rsquo;oeuf et la vanille en battant.<br \/>\nIncorporer les ingr\u00e9dients secs au m\u00e9lange de beurre en alternant avec le babeurre et m\u00e9langer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la pr\u00e9paration soit homog\u00e8ne, sans plus.<br \/>\nVerser la p\u00e2te dans un moule \u00e0 charni\u00e8re de 9 po (23 cm) de diam\u00e8tre, beurr\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un petit bol, \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide du batteur \u00e9lectrique (utiliser des fouets propres), battre le fromage \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me et le reste du sucre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la pr\u00e9paration soit homog\u00e8ne.
