Cela pourrait emp\u00eacher la confiture de g\u00e9lifier. <\/p>\n<p>Donne 8 tasses<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3 3\/4 tasses (4 tasses) de framboises \u00e9cras\u00e9es<br \/>\n1\/4 tasse de jus de citron (un peu moins)<br \/>\n6 1\/2 tasses de sucre granul\u00e9<br \/>\n1 sachet de pectine liquide CERTO <\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de st\u00e9rilisation pour confitures cuites:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Laver les bocaux et les couvercles dans de l\u2019eau chaude savonneuse; rincer \u00e0 l\u2019eau chaude.<br \/>\nSt\u00e9riliser les bocaux et les couvercles selon l\u2019un des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s suivants : (a) chauffer les bocaux au four \u00e0 225 F durant 10 minutes et garder au chaud (b) faire bouillir dans de l\u2019eau les couvercles pendant 15 minutes et laisser dans l\u2019eau chaude jusqu\u2019\u00e0 utilisation.<br \/>\nFaire bouillir les rondelles 5 minutes et garder au chaud.  Les ustensiles et tasses \u00e0 mesurer utilis\u00e9s pour le remplissage des bocaux doivent aussi \u00eatre st\u00e9rilis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Confiture:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9craser les framboises, une couche \u00e0 la fois.<br \/>\nDans une grande casserole, m\u00e9langer les fruits pr\u00e9par\u00e9s, le sucre et le jus de citron.<br \/>\nPorter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition \u00e0 feu vif.<br \/>\nLaisser bouillir \u00e0 gros bouillons 1 minute.<br \/>\nRetirer du feu. Incorporer la pectine liquide CERTO.<br \/>\nRemuer et \u00e9cumer pendant 5 minutes pour emp\u00eacher les fruits de flotter. Verser dans des bocaux st\u00e9rilis\u00e9s chauds en remplissant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 1\/4 po du bord.
