R\u00e9server.<br \/>\nDans un grand bol, \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un batteur \u00e9lectrique, battre le beurre pendant 30 secondes.<br \/>\nIncorporer la cassonade, le sucre et \u00e0 poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te en battant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit homog\u00e8ne (racler la paroi du bol de temps \u00e0 autre).<br \/>\nIncorporer l&rsquo;oeuf en battant.  Incorporer le plus possible du m\u00e9lange de farine r\u00e9serv\u00e9 en battant.  A l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re de bois, incorporer le reste du m\u00e9lange de farine, les brisures de chocolat et les cerises s\u00e9ch\u00e9es.  <\/p>\n<p>Laisser tomber la p\u00e2te, 1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 comble (environ 10 ml) \u00e0 la fois, sur des plaques \u00e0 biscuits tapiss\u00e9es de papier-parchemin en espa\u00e7ant les biscuits d&rsquo;environ 2 po (5 cm).<br \/>\nD\u00e9poser une plaque sue la grille sup\u00e9rieure du four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 350\u00b0F (180\u00b0C) et une autre sur la grille inf\u00e9rieure.<br \/>\nCuire de 8 \u00e0 10 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le pourtour des biscuits soit ferme (intervertir et tourner les plaques \u00e0 la mi-cuisson).<br \/>\nD\u00e9poser les plaques sur des grilles et laisser refroidir pendant 2 minutes.<br \/>\nD\u00e9poser les biscuits sur les grilles et laisser refroidir compl\u00e8tement.<\/p>\n<p>(Vous pouvez pr\u00e9parer les biscuits \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance, les laisser refroidir et les mettre dans un contenant herm\u00e9tique, en s\u00e9parant chaque \u00e9tage d&rsquo;une feuille de papier cir\u00e9.
