Mijoter \u00e0 d\u00e9couvert pendant 30 minutes \u00e0 feu doux-moyen. Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parer les boulettes.<\/p>\n<p><em>Les boulettes:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dans un bol, avec vos mains, m\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients. Fa\u00e7onner des boulettes d&rsquo;environ 4 cm (1 1\/2 po) de diam\u00e8tre.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter les boulettes \u00e0 la sauce en manipulant avec soin, car pendant les premi\u00e8res minutes de la cuisson, les boulettes seront fragiles. Mijoter doucement 30 minutes \u00e0 d\u00e9couvert.
