Retirer \u00bd tasse du m\u00e9lange et r\u00e9server pour plus tard. Placer les filets de saumon dans le sac, sceller et remuer. R\u00e9frig\u00e9rer pendant 3 heures en retournant le sac de temps en temps.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le barbecue \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature. Graisser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement la grille.<\/p>\n<p>Placer les filets sur la grille en vous d\u00e9barrassant du sac de plastique. Cuire les filets de 5 \u00e0 10 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9, selon l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur des filets.
