Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 170 \u00b0C (325 \u00b0F).<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9taler la rhubarbe dans un plat de cuisson d\u2019environ 33 x 23 cm (13 x 9 po) et saupoudrer de sucre. Arroser de jus de citron et y r\u00e9partir les tranches de citron. Cuire au four de 35 \u00e0 40 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la rhubarbe soit tendre. Retirer les tranches de citron.<\/p>\n<p>Transvider dans un pot ou un contenant herm\u00e9tique. Couvrir et laisser ti\u00e9dir. R\u00e9frig\u00e9rer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 refroidissement complet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On peut conserver la rhubarbe confite environ trois semaines au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur ou la congeler.
