Remuer fr\u00e9quemment pendant la cuisson et surtout en fin de cuisson pour \u00e9viter que la compote ne colle.<\/p>\n<p>Verser dans trois pots de 250 ml (1 tasse). Couvrir et laisser ti\u00e9dir. R\u00e9frig\u00e9rer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 refroidissement complet.
