{"id":626,"date":"2017-11-03T14:45:03","date_gmt":"2017-11-03T18:45:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rachel.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=626"},"modified":"2017-11-03T14:48:48","modified_gmt":"2017-11-03T18:48:48","slug":"biscuits-aux-noix-et-au-chocolat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rachel.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=626","title":{"rendered":"Biscuits aux noix et au chocolat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Source : Collection culinaire de Coup de pouce (Muffins et biscuits)<br \/>\nQuantit\u00e9 : Environ 25 biscuits <\/p>\n<p><\/strong><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/p>\n<p>2\/3 tasse de beurre (150 ml)<br \/>\n1 tasse de sucre (250 ml)<br \/>\n2 \u0153ufs (2)<br \/>\n1 tasse de farine tout usage (250 ml)<br \/>\n1\/2 tasse de cacao non sucr\u00e9 (125 ml)<br \/>\n1\/4 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de sel (1 ml)<br \/>\n1\/2 tasse de noix de Grenoble, pacanes ou noisettes hach\u00e9es<br \/>\n(125 ml)<br \/>\n1\/2 tasse de chocolat mi-amer hach\u00e9 (environ 2 1\/2 oz\/75 g) (125 ml)<br \/>\n2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de zeste d\u2019orange r\u00e2p\u00e9 (10 ml)<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans un bol, battre en cr\u00e8me le beurre avec le sucre.  Ajouter les \u0153ufs, un \u00e0 la fois, en battant.<br \/>\nM\u00e9langer la farine, le cacao et le sel, et incorporer au m\u00e9lange cr\u00e9meux.<br \/>\nIncorporer les noix, le chocolat et le zeste d\u2019orange.<\/p>\n<p>Laisser tomber par grosses cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 th\u00e9 sur des plaques \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie l\u00e9g\u00e8rement graiss\u00e9es.<br \/>\nCuire dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 350\u00b4F (180\u00b4C) pendant 8 \u00e0 10 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les biscuits soient ferm\u00e9s au toucher.<br \/>\nLaisser refroidir sur les plaques pendant 5 minutes.
